BackerKit Surveys Are Out! Please Fill Them Out

BackerKit Survey
Today I sent out the rest of the surveys through BackerKit. Please fill them out. Please add a charge on file to charge for shipping since all my fulfillment will be done through BackerKit.
I chose BackerKit for fulfillment since I am doing it on my own and it can make the labels for me for a few to the company, but also a big time saver since this part takes a lot more time than you think. This will make it a lot easier to ship since I don't individually have to go through and charge labels one by one. Kickstarter makes it more difficult since it ends up being more work on the fulfillment side since it does not have the same features. I was told by those who use BackerKit that it is worth the investment and time. And sanity. :)
Digital Downloads
Please till out the survey from BackerKit even if you have Digital Only rewards.
Why?
Because BackerKit will be sending you links for the digtial rewards through them. Since! They also made this step very easy for me and I can do it directly.
Minor Change to Digital Downloads
I mentioned they would be PDF since at the time I did not know the options and how they work. When I was formatting in Indesign and doing research I did not know was needed, since I did think PDF was the best option, it was recommended to do EPUB instead since everyone reads books on digital readers. I am assuming most of you will be viewing and holding these books I wanted it more convenient to find and open than a random PDF on your computer.
If you are like me, you have a lot of files...everywhere. PDF files are also larger than EPUB so will require more storage.
This way it will be stored in your digital reader, easier to find, and easier to view.
IF!
If this change is not wanted, when you get the digital downloads and you rather a PDF still, there will be a note to send me an email and I will send the larger PDF option.
For books it seemed like the overall note was, go EPUB for enjoyment, but I know I said PDF so if anything, please email me and I will send you the other version of the file through a Dropbox.
First BackerKit Emails Sent - Smoke Test

Book is with the printer!
Great news!! The book is at the printer and I will be emailed photos this week!! We are on schedule right now to get the books mid-July
BackerKit emails coming!
I am going to be doing a smoke test with a small group of backers this week, most likely starting tomorrow. A few of you will get an email from BackerKit. Please keep an eye out!
Sorry for the delays in this. I learned I get a lot more confused with the behind the scenes stuff than I thought and there was a lot more hand holding with the amazing BackerKit team that I thought I would need. I am grateful they were patient with me and I wanted to make sure everything was correct before I sent it your way.
I am learning everything along the way, so delays were expected from my end. I double checked everything and I believe everything is good to go. I won't lie, from the start a lot of this was a bit confusing, but I love learning new things and taking on new challenges!
Mass BackerKit emails!
If everything goes well with the smoke test emails, everyone should be getting their BackerKit emails next week to add shipping. With BackerKit you also have the option to add to your order.
I cannot make refunds or edit exciting Kickstarter Orders. From BackerKit I can only add items to the order.

Great news!
All the payments are finally in! Woohoo! Hopefully I will have Kickstarter funds in the next two weeks or so to move forward with book printing!
I am also waiting for templates from the printer and I have all the information from them that I need as well.
I am wrapping up the rest of the art while I wait for everything to settle.
If everything goes according to plan the book will be all set for printing in the next two weeks. From the moment the books are with the printer we are looking at about 2 to 2 and a half months to get them to me.
I plan on beginning shipping in August after SDCC.
Also! I got the stickers in already. I did these early since I was testing out the holographic stickers and wanted to make sure they would look good and have time to replan if they did not. and good news....they look so cute! I am glad all physical backers of the books will be able to get this special Kickstarter only sticker.
